Service Description

This cleaning service is intended for cleaning after a home renovation has been done. No building materials will be removed off site or cleaned up. This service is for the clean up of dust and light debris that may have not been cleaned up by the renovating construction company. This service is similar to our Deep Cleaning package except that it requires a more intense cleaning due to the additional dust and debris. ***Hours for this service are based on 1 house cleaning professional for 8 hours. Should 2 house cleaning professionals arrive at your home, the service will be 4 hours in length.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Our team's time is valuable, and this policy helps us serve all clients efficiently. Thank you for your understanding. Our cleaning policies and expectations 🧹 Before the Cleaning Professional Arrives Declutter Surfaces and Floors Put away personal items, laundry, dishes, toys, etc., so the cleaner can clean your space. Secure Valuables and Sensitive Information Store cash, jewelry, important documents, and medications in a safe place. Provide Clear Access Make sure the cleaner can easily get into your home—leave a key, code, or be present if needed. Ensure pets are secured. Having unsecured pets in the home is a violation of our policy and may prevent our cleaning professional from completing the job. This may result in a full fee charged as our time is valuable. Communicate Special Instructions Leave a note or give verbal instructions about areas needing extra attention, surfaces to avoid, or any specific cleaning products to use or avoid. 🧼 During the Cleaning Give Them Space to Work Avoid hovering—cleaners usually work best uninterrupted. Stay out of their way unless guidance is needed. Be Respectful and Courteous Treat cleaners professionally—offer water if you like, and don’t make inappropriate requests. Clarify Off-Limit Areas If you don't want certain rooms cleaned or entered, clearly communicate this. 🧾 After the Cleaning Inspect and Give Feedback Politely If something was missed, give respectful, constructive feedback. Leave a Tip (Optional but Appreciated) Tipping isn’t required, but if you're happy with the service, 10–20% of the fee or a flat $10–$20 is common.
